Built at the end of the 1800's by the Bristol United Brewery. The internal layout has changed and the upstairs function room was extended in 1985 for restaurant use. Nowadays, there's a skittle alley upstairs as well. The pub is a popular meeting place throughout the week and serves an excellent pint of Bass. There is also a Facebook group with lots of photographs and event information.
The garden at the rear is popular in the summer.
